water in computer and spark plug holes

An auto repair shop told me they found water in the computer. I can tell they pulled the computer out.

The computer problem wasn't listed on their bill. However, it looks like they tried to check compression and found water in the comp connection.
#1 and #2 cyl fuel drivers out.

I find it difficult to understand why the auto repair shop would look at my computer when they found water in the comp connections.

So, it looks like I have water in the computer and spark plug holes.

Any ideas???

Did you have the engine bay power washed? What vehicle do you have? Is it 4x4? Did you play in the water?

Identify your truck including year and engine.

No, the engine hasn't been washed.
No, I don't have a 4 x 4 to drive in the mud.

It's a 2000 F150 rear wheel drive 4.6 engine with 128,000 miles

A leak in the windshield could allow water to drip into the PCM but that would most likely end up in the interior of the PCM and not the connector. The rubber molding on t he cowl might be leaking or the only other think I can think of is that the Windshield wiper fluid spray hose has a leak.
