ok well i have a friend that used to work at ford for several years and was a tech so he should be able to help me do in about 5 hours or so

so just get those cops and motorcraft spark plugs and thats all i need to fix my problem more than likely

also plan on getting motorcraft fuel filter

so is that all they do for the 100k mile tuneup

Yea , and a tube of dielectric grease. Coat the entire inside of the boots. If your friend disagrees , you better do it yourself

If you need the procedure - PM me w/ you email address and I'll send it to yuh.

Don't over torque anything / Specially the plugs. No more than 16' lbs.

The COP's as well, they ride on a bushing and are suppose to be loose -
