Question Problems with my 2002 F-150

My truck within the past three days started running really rough making a knocking noise with delayed response in power. I did the standarded oil change, changed the fuel filter, and all of the spark plugs. Does anyone have any ideas of what else I can do?

Is your Check Enging Light on? If so, go to an Auto Zone store and have them read the Diagnostic Trouble Code(s) and post back with that info, plus which engine you have, has there been any other work done recently, did somebody wash the engine, etc. Several people here can probably help at that point (and I would not be one of them).
