Help can i damage my 03 lightning

Help can i damage my 03 lightning

hi i made a mistake as my abs light was coming on and threw brakefluid in the radiator reserve a 500ml bottle. Can this do damage to my engine i should worry about?My radiator never give me problems or i ever had overheating problems. Should i worry alot.

To be safe I would take it in and have the cooling system flushed. Don't mess around, get it done soon.

brake fluid may damage ur rubber lines and everthing. Gaskets and such. I would for sure flush it out. Also not to be to mean but if you honestly did that, you shouldnt work on ur own truck until you learn alot more.

ill do asap

thank alot ill inspect my hoses and carry for a testdrive to see if i overheat when done flushing and putting in fresh coolant.

brake fluid in the cooling system?? lol. id flush that as soon as possible. dont worry thats not as bad as they guy who put oil in his brake master cylinder.

brake fluid should not swell any gaskets or hoses because it is not petrolium based. or it would swell brake seals also. but i would still flush it to be safe.
