I am about to have the oil changed in my 05 150 which has 106k on the clock. I wish to use Mobil 1 as but I am unsure as to which grade/type I should get. I do not do any towing or haul anything heavy but it will be driven in snow on a daily basis (damm snow). I do not know what the oil is in it at the moment as I have only recenly bought it. Suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

 

I think it says right on the filler cap? 5W20.
