Like many others on this sight my truck seems to struggle between 45-60 mph, and upon reading most of you agree that it could have something to do with the egr valve. I have taken my throttle body off and cleaned it, and for the life of me cannot find the egr. I have seen posts with pictures of them from other users, but they are all from older trucks and mine is not in the same spot. Could someone please try and either explain to me where to find this dang thing or post of picture of where to find it. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank You.
Not on this site. - Your problem has nothing to do with the EGR System . Where did you read that ?
You have a "low Grade" Misfire. It's a coil most likely.
A "Low Grade Misfire" usually happens after the shift into OD , about 45 - 50 mph.
How many miles on that 3 valve? Did you wash the motor ? RPM outlet has 3 valve coils - "Moto Blues" for that model.

I guess I must have been looking at something else, but I thought I saw someone recommend cleaning the egr ports for a similar problem.
The truck has 133,000 miles on it, and the I have never washed the engine. I dont even wash the body of the truck much less under the hood.
What is "Moto Blues"? I should probably also mention I am no mechanic, about all I can do is change the oil, alternator, basic stuff like that.

Yea, the only time an EGR can cause a drivability concern is when the valve hangs or you have a leak in the piping.
The ports need cleaning when your getting trouble codes - (PO401 , PO402) -Those codes also could mean a DPFE problem. This however isn't a drivability concern and isn't noticed unless you generate a CEL.
What you have is a misfire issue. It's usually one of the 8 coils/Ignition fault of some kind on one or more cylinders. Could be a plug/plugs or an injector as well. It's a problem in that area.
Moto-Blues are 3 valve coils - RPM outlet sells them. With your miles I would update the coils.
Have you had the plugs changed yet ? I would start there first, there over due and update the coils at the same time.
Do you have a check engine light on by chance? Has it ever blinked on and off ? It's a good idea to eliminate the possible fuel problem before you start digging into things. The problem COULD be as simple as a fuel filter ubstruction. Hard saying, replacing the fuel filter and then doing a pressure test @ the rail is easy enough.
A Haynes or Chiltons manual would help.
