Yea Ill run a big power wiring coming out of the fuel pump fuse, which is how I did mine, so you still retain the factory fuel shut off switch and all that good stuff.

I hope so too, but im sure that wire being 4 times the size of the stocker, it should give it the voltage it needs now.

went to the dyno and it is STILL running lean..everytime at 4500rpms it starts to run lean and drop fuel pressure...so im getting a new regulator in a couple days and a fuel pressure gauge so i can see if it drops after that..any ideas would be very appreciated

Have you given any thought to the fuel pump itself? Could it be faulty?

what does it do when you put the old tune and pulley back on? I would definitely get a fuel pressure gauge and go from their. If pressure is holding then you know it isnt your fuel system and its in the tuning. What does your tuner say about it, does he have any ideas? I hate it when **** like this happens but i guess it is just the nature of the beast. Good luck man

I wonder about this too. 400 lph pump should deliver. Won't the stock lines and rails support this much hp??

his fuel pressure is dropping every time at 4500 rpm, its not the tune. I suspect a bad pump or a bad regulator.

we even tuned it to under the hp that i made last time and it still ran lean at 4500...every time no matter what it started to lean out at that rpm..he thinks it could be the pump or the regulator as well..im ordering a gauge tommorrow and ill have a regulator here in a couple days as well and go from there...its very very aggravating

Sounds like it is going to be a beast when you get it lined out man. Me you and built need to have a get to gether this spring. What was the wb saying when you saw 20psi?

I hope it is an easy fix. I hate going to get tuned it is always seems like something goes wrong and it makes me nervous as hell watching it on the dyno.
