2005 FX4

I just bought it and i think it is a lifter knocking
so i put some slick 50 fuel system cleaner and oil treatment it did not do to much i think i'm going to switch to lucas next time i heard its better
but any help to get rid of the noise

 

If it's a 5.4, it may be a cam phaser, which knocks and is normal at warm idle. But it's hard to diagnose with such little information.
