She said she smells gas...
I have a 1993 F-150 XLT 5.0L EFI V8
Lately I have been letting my wife drive it because her car has been having starting problems. Today she drove it clear to her mothers house, about 80 miles away. An swore that when shes stopped or at traffic light she smells gas threw the vents. But i drove it when she got it home an i couldent smell anything. What do you think it could be? Maybe i just cant smell very well...who knows?
Also here are some pics of it, I'm the new guy so you'll probably be hearing from me alot. Great site by the way!!!!!!!!

Brother-inlaw just had this issue on his F150. Found a fuel injector leaking at the Oring and when he removed the injector the base was cracked. Found cheap replacements at NAPA. They said this was common with the older injectors. He is cheep and the price was worth replacing them all. Atleast some where to start.
PS he only noticed it with long trips

tell her to lay off the beans....
but yeah it could be the injectors and ford knows this problem and actually did something to help us out, they extended the warranty on the injectors to 11 years and 100k miles or something like that
EDIT sorry i thought i was in the 04-present section, with a 93 your sol, just replace them yourself they are pretty easy to do...
