I was wonderin what kind of intake manifold i could put on my 97 4.6 engine, also would a 97 mustang gt intake manifold fit on my f150

 

put a PI intake manifold on it. mustang intakes will decrease your power.

 

Do a PI intake and head swap. You will gain compression, better camshaft profile,& better flow. Any non truck intake will hurt your torque due to shorter runners, BAD idea. I've heard of doing the intake only, a PI TRUCK intake that is, also some people do PI cams on their non PI heads with gains.
Keep in mind raising your compression with PI heads yeilds more power and that give better fuel economy, add in a tune and the cost just might be worth it for you?
