You need a new battery (or at least have yours jump started / charged). Your battery has enough power to turn on small lights and such, but turning over the engine is a whole different thing. If you're hearing a clicking, your starter is getting power, just not enough of it. If you're getting nothing at all (no lights, no clicking, etc.), your battery is completely drained OR there is a loose connection. Like Blown said, this could also be caused by a loose connection, but from what you said, it sounds like a low battery is more likely the problem. Try having it jumped.

Sometimes it takes leaving it hooked up for a few minutes until it is ready to start (a couple of seeks ago, I jumped 3 people in one week... apparently I'm the only person that carries around jumper cables). I'm not sure what this one girl did, but I thought her car would never start. We left it hooked up (with my car running) for 5 or 6 minutes until hers would start. Even after the first minute or two when we tried, it would click. I couldn't believe how long it took, but it worked. Anyway, it was worth a shot... Starting to sound like something other than a battery issue.

Yea, sometimes it takes a while to charge some batteries.
You are "reving" the other car, right? I think it says to do a "gradual rev" in the manual.

Hmm, I'd leave it hooked up while you find another solution. I've had some jumps take awhile, to the point almost of giving up.
If you have the time, maybe start checking fuses or something, while someone else chimes in with more suggestions.

It is possible to push start a manual (I'm assuming it is on an auto too, but I have no idea).
Have the Dodge tow you?
Worst case, call a towing company yourself. At least you might be able to avoid the charge to tow it all the way to a towing yard and won't have to pay a ridiculous impound fee. I know it sucks, but if you're in that much of a hurry, fixing it on the spot doesn't sound like an option. There could be loose connections or even fuses. If it can't be fixed in a few minutes, at least have it moved by something other than a towing company that is called by someone other than you.
I wish I could remember my law school Property class better... It seems to me that I remember that (in Texas) a towing company or repossession company cannot take something by force. You have the right to PEACEFULLY object to it. If they attempt to stop a person from protecting their property, the will be liable for damages. PLEASE DO NOT ACT ON THIS ADVICE. Again, this is Texas law and a very poor recollection of it. If you're friends with an attorney in your area, you may want to give them a call. Either that or find a really good mechanic that works fast!
Just trying to give suggestions for if it absolutely will not start by being jumped and there is no other way of fixing it.
Do you have towing insurance?

Yea, try to see if the truck will tow you to at least a gas station, or some other store parking lot.
As for push starting, I could be wrong, but I think the manual advices against it since it may cause a voltage spike or something like that.

Good idea.
Although it's a long shot... Did your truck have a hard impact right before you parked it? There's a switch somewhere that must be turned back on after hard impacts. It is a safety measure for collisions so gas stops going to the engine after an impact. This is talked about in the truck's manual.
Are you out of gas by chance? This doesn't really sound like a fuel problem, just throwing things out there.
Haha... I would bet the manual advises against push starting too. There's no way that can be good for the vehicle.
