Engine miss

I have a 00 F150 5.4 VIN L engine 106K mi and just last night as i was driving home it suddenly started missing on one or two cylinders. Steadily missing. I don't know if it's plugs and wires, wherever the hell the plugs and wires might be on these new fancy engines. I'm kinda thinking the warming temperatures and humidity in the air might have something to do with it, but i'm lost when i look under the hood of these tritons. any help, ideas, or advice would be greatly appreciated! The other thing i was thinking is maybe a faulty O2 sensor is causing it to run poorly, beings i have dual exhaust with no mufflers, maybe the cats burned out from less back pressure and the sensors are giving a poor reading? IDK.

Has it thrown a code? If it has the check engine light will be on. That would be the easiest way to find out. Get it read. With the mileage you listed plugs and COP's are a possiblilty but if it is missing it should be throwing a code.
