Top three things I can think of off the top of my head:
1. Programmer
2. E-fans
3. U/D pulleys

I wouldn't say so. There is a Chip and programmer section in the Aftermarket sub-forum you can browse through.

How much cash you want to spend will dictate what you get. By far the best bang for your buck is a performance tune. Underdrive pulleys and E-fans will remove parasitic drag and free up the power used to turn these accessories. Long tube headers and cat back exhaust is also an option worth considering. Taller gears if chosen properly will increase the torque multiplication and add to the mix. A supercharger kit would add the most but you need to toss a lot of coin to get one.
