oil pump

i have 91 f150 302 4x4. i have to chage my oil pump. but dont have the stuff to lift the motor is there an other way to do that?

No. You have to jack up the engine unbolt the pan pull it off, stick your hands in there and unbolt the oil pump with the pan dropped about 4 inches. It is a BITCH. Especially if you got big hands.

you cant drop the front axle on those just enough to slide the pan out??
