i just hit 51k and really starting to get a really sloppy noise from the timing chain and gears. just wondering if you guys can give me an idea on how long it will take me to swap it out... thanks

 

Are you sure its the chains and not the Cam Phaser?

 

yah, the cam phaser is fine, you can actually feel the chains banging on the cover... tons of slop in them and the hydrolic tensioners are not working until the engine builds up enough pressure. also caused the truck the jump out of timing as well..
