My 02 Supercrew has 155,000 miles and this is the first time the service engine light has come on. I maintain it very well. It even has original balljoints and tie-rod ends. Does anybody have any suggestions about how to take care of this EGR flow sensor code? I have noticed the idle has been a little rough. Should I consider cleaning the TB?

The code is showing a wiring problem, could be in the harness or the sensor itself. With that many miles and no more problems than you have had not much to complain about.
