Recommended Oil type for 2007 F150

Having a discussion here at work regarding what Ford recommends and what they put in from the factory.

Can anyone tell me what type of oil (regular, synthetic blend, full synthetic) Ford puts in their new trucks and what do they recommend to put in at oil change time.

the GM guys are saying that GM puts in full synthetic from the factory in things like the Viper, Hummer and Corvette. Since I didn't know, I couldn't debate that either. Just seems a bit extreme from the factory, but of course it's been a while since I've been in the game.

It's 5-20 Motorcraft Blend. They recommend you use it only, and change at 5000 miles unless it is used hard or in harsh conditions.
