fuel cell

any info for putting a fuel cell and getting rid of emissions on a 01 4.6 f-150

well what i want to do is get rid of all the vent canisters and that crap mounted behind the tank and also put a fuel cell in the bed of the truck didn't know how to do it with fuel inj.? i was thinking an inline pump w/ regulator

Another Ticket and fine from the EPA . When removing the cats, it is best to have a custom tune done, that will give you the most potential. Oh, and why are you wanting to eliminate the EVAP system??????

the truck is a prerunner and the bed is getting caged so i would like to elimate all the unnecesarry stuff it still has converters i was just wondering if i would gain anything by eliminating the converters the evap is for fuel milega correct?

It is to "absorb" all the HC's prevented by a return system, fill ups, sloshing, etc. It purges the absorbed hc's into the intake. It helps with mileage a tiny bit, but is mainly there to keep the EPA and CARB happy.

so if i get rid of it all and put a vent tube in will it work or will it puke extra gas out occasionally?
