To add, mine made 184/249 to the wheels on a dynojet, had intake, chopped off the muffler, underdrive pulleys, accel coils, and a older model edge on level 2. Truck had a miss over 4000 b/c the coils had toasted the stock wires. A completely stock 97 4.6 ran after me and made 140ish and 200 ft lbs.

I wonder what shifty's torque #'s are now ? LT's into 3" and I think he has 3" HF mufflers not to far from the collectors

That's gotta eat up the torque w/stock tune. I'm not sure they can Dyno tune it enough to recapture all of the torque loss with that set-up. I would be surprised if they can.

'05 4.6L Screw here with 3" AF1, Borla SI/SO cat-back and Troyer 93 perf. tune.

I can certainly feel the hp and tq difference from stock, any and all educated guesses as to what my hp/tq range might be now would be appreciated. I've never had her on a dyno yet.

I'm thinking the RWHP might be up around the 200 range now.. is that out of line?

It's more than that with your goodies and that tune. That Borla was a damn good choice - Good set up

I'll bet your closer to 215 RWHP or better.

Thanks for the kind words!

I'd ask another question, that being why does no one besides me seem to ever mention that their cat-back gained 'em some better mpg?

The Borla was the first mod I did and the mpg gain was measurable from the git-go. I'm sure that Magnaflows, Bassani's, etc., must do the same.

Do none of y'all check the mileage ya get after putting on a simple cat-back? Am I insane?.. LOL

Besides the sweet sounds I think an almost 2 mpg gain is nothing to sneeze at, especially with the juice gettin' so dear...

Maybe because it's to hard to drive normally thru an entire tank of fuel. It's to much fun puttin the coals to it once in awhile. I did get almost 16 mpg awhile back, but I didn't try to hard - and go for a record. I figure I could get 18 if I really disciplined myself - that's hard to do.

I tried a set of Borg & Warner 02 sensors in the forward holes once. They where supposedly f150 replacements sensors. Good price, right year, right motor, correct part numbers as well, according to the manufacturer.

My mileage took a nose dive after installing those, went to about 9 mpg lol. I went thru about 2 more tanks I think, to give them a fair shot. It didn't matter. It really didn't worse , but didn't get any better either.

Forked out some more cash for OEM (Bosch) replacements and it was like night and day as far as mileage . Right away, I noticed a change for the better. I couldn't believe how much difference the OEM Bosch O2's made.

Borg & Warner has been around forever and made some good products in the past, thought I would be okay with them. Nope!

Strange thing about it was , the truck didn't seem to run any different between the two, not that I could notice anyway. - Just super fricken thirsty with the BW's in thar..

You have about 30 more horse and around 60 more ft lbs - happening @ about 1000 rpms less than the 4six (2500 vrs 3500 rpms , I think it is.)- I bet it feels light right now, for a 3/4 ton lol..
