Where are the TSB's

I was trying to find a TSB on how to install spark plugs in my 2003 5.4 but I can't find any. I have tried the link from this site and google but I can't see anything that tells me how to do it. I have searched everything on installing them in this website and have printed off an article here but it does not give me the torque to put them at for my year or whether or not the engine should be cold, warm or whatever. Any thoughts?

The 2003 does not have the extended reach 2 piece spark plugs that are causing all the problems. Changing yours is pretty conventional, you just need the right combinations of extensions and flex joints and a proper socket. Do it cold, do not use anti-seize, and torque to 15 ft/lbs. Use a healty amount of dielectric grease in the COP boots when reinstalling. OEM Motorcraft plugs recommended for best results.
