Bogging down

04 F150..... My truck will bog down at times. I checked the air filter and hoses. It doesn't happen all the time. If I push the pedal it powers through. It's all stock. Any ideas??? Thanks in advance.

It varies. Haven't noticed a set speed. I have had it starting from a light and sometimes in a turn. So I guess low end speed.

Well Ford has no TSB's or SSM's that seem to apply. How many miles does the truck have, and what recent maintenence has it had?

Other than routine maintenace I had Ford do a 3 part cleaning of intake valve and such, injection service, fuel filter. That wasn't long ago. I have about 66,000 miles on her.

Well prob. wouldn't hurt to have the plugs changed, but without any codes or anything not much more I can reccommend.

I imagine I'd have a check engine light if there were codes. Haven't seen one. Plugs are probably a good idea.

The problem will not always set a DTC, so It wouldn't hurt to get a scan, and like I said most parts stores will scan for free.
