testing injectors

What is the method for testing the injectors found in a 2005 5.4l 3V and what can you test for?

On other vehicles I've worked on, you can test the injector coils with a ohm meter. You can also use a fuel pressure gauge to check for leaky injectors.

I'm just wondering how my dealer is determining whether or not I have bad injectors. They're morons. See my other post about the ongoing saga of having my truck repaired...
