Block Heater?

Do all Canadian F-150 come with block heater installed? if so where is it located? I in Fort Mcmurray, Alberta and in -45 outside so it would be nice to plug in the truck. I run Mobil-1 but I would still like to plug it in.

im going to guess you dont have one, because a 3 prong outlet plug hanging out of your grill would be pretty ovbious. if you do have one look for a household pulg hanging out somewhere.

The cord may be hidden. Look inside the bumper near the left tow hook. To find my plug I had to find the cord under the hood coming from the engine and follow it to where it looked like it should come out. Look for a flat three wire cord under the hood. Unless it's wrapped in loom it shouldn't be hard to find. You might even be able to find the heater itself on the block providing it has one.

Driver side on the block below the exhaust manifold. It is above the block drain plug, arrows, and behind the engine mount. See pic.
