Vibration question

I have had the edge evo for about a month know and have mostly run it on level 2.

I noticed ever since I installed it that I get a vibration just before shifting into 2 and 3 gear. Only happens if you take off quick making the truck shift around 2500 to 3000 rpms. I returned it to stock and there is no vibration. I vibraiton isn't teeth chattering but it is diffently noticeable through the gas pedal.

Any Ideas?

Another thing I noticed is when I return the truck back to stock with the edge, I get a little shudder when shifting into second. It doesn't shudder all the time and usually when I get on the gas somewhat hard not WOT maybe half way it shudders.

So in your guys expert opinions do you think a full flush of the tranny would help?
