Still Got Hesitation
That type of condition is most often a lean WOT fuel condition.
Could be a program issue, low fuel pressure/volume maybe a mass air meter issue.
It needs investigation at the test equipment level unless you find a hardware caused fuel deficiency.
With test equipment, a look at the air meter output, the fuel trims etc should uncover the issue, then the cause can be, chased down.
If you go to a dealer, talk to the tech that will be doing the investigation, about what you have in mind and what you already replaced so he dosn't revist the same area right off..
It costs the labor rate and parts but you should get your truck back runnning good again when all the testing shows the issue has been corrected.
