Cool

HI!... I've been running a AEROMOTIVE billet aluminum adjustable FPR for years now. Due to my "99" 5.4 had a welded on non adjustable FPR fuel rail, I ended up going with a "98" 5.4 fuel rail which had a bolt on NON adjustable FPR. Just simply on bolt it and bolt on the adjustable one.

Thanx. It sure sounds like the hot ticket. What pressure and injectors are you running?

I'm running an Aeromotive regulator with Aeromotive fuel rails. It's a nice set up!

HI!... I'm N/A so I'm only running 32PSI at idle and 40PSI at WOT. I'm running 42LB injectors and 90MM maf with a custom tune from MIKE TROYER.

Just remember that a adjustable FPR id not a H.P mod. It just allows you to tune your set-up better than stock.

First off that is one fine lookin' setup. Aeromotive sure seems to have a real good setup. I was reading their installation instructions and was very impressed. I've plumbed a lot of fuel systems working in the automotive industry and I really like theirs.

Things will be changing in the future and I'm trying to stay a step ahead of the ECU. I know the factory isn't going to put parts in that will cover modifications I may wind up with. I'm researching cylinder heads now. 2v is good 4v is better and port them it's fantastic. Throw in some cams and you better be able to fuel that bugger.

The extra fuel pressure could increase the ability of your stock injectors to about 29lbs/hr if you spike the pressure to 80 psi. Your stock fuel pump will run out of breath well before that. I would include a higher flow pump too. I have 42# injectors and a 255 L/hr pump at stock pressure. Works just fine for me.

Thanx. I think I'll have to try that. I know the stock pump won't handle much. We used to try and make pumps and injectors at Holley and they were glorified copies of a solenoid they made. I'm not too impressed with what the factory gives you any way.
