Working on P0171 but have a ?????

So my new to me 01 F150 Screw 4.6 gave me the CEL and when scanned P0171. So I searched before asking and found that it might be a dirty MAF or a vaccum leak. I cleaned the MAF and was searching for vaccum leaks but I can find the 90 degree elbow hose that is supposed to be a common problem. So where is it? Pic?

Also if it is just throwing P0171 could it just be the O2 sensor? According to the handy dandy printout I got when it was scanned it says
"Probable causes

1. If bank one and bank two codes set together supect fuel pressure or MAF
2. O2 sensor defective
3. Iginition misfire-repair
4. Fuel injector problem

I should also mention that it runs fine and idles smooth. Idle is steady and doesn't skip or anything.

Thanks for the link. Don't know how I missed that one, but that is exactly what I needed. I'll check for that tomorrow.

Not sure if I mentioned it but it runs fine.
