Driving With a misfire?

I threw a CEL today, My Edge Told me I had a Cylinder 6 Misfire. I'm Getting some nasty Shuddering, But I know what its from, I plan to Change out all my COPs and new plugs this week. Can I drive it with the Misfire, Or should I See If I can get moms Explorer till its fixed?

And, New COP's and Plugs WILL DEF fix this right?

Nobody can say that something will DEFINITELY fix something.

If it were my truck, I would avoid driving it till it's fixed.
