okay 1992, f150 5.8L. the truck on start up idles around 1800 it will eventually come down to 1100 but never lower than that, when at a stop light it will surge from 1100 to 1300ish and really start running rough, sometimes i have to put it in neutral so it don't do it. Additionally, when taking off if i just try to gradually give it gas like most people do taking off, it will hesitate something fierce and without even giving it more gas all of a sudden it will take off. if i hammer it from a dead stop it seems ok. All plugs, wires, rotor cap and button have been replaced. I am think possibly IAC or TPS? if i unplug the IAC it idles at about 650-750 which i think is norm. but still runs rough. Any ideas? thanks
