The lights and radio, etc. will turn on but when I turn the key to start up the engine all I get is a rapid clicking noise. It started up after doing this the first time (earlier today), but now won't start at all. Does anyone have any ideas of what this might be? Thanks, Mac

 

that same thing happened to me on wednesday. radio and lights and what not worked but all i got was that clicking when i tried to start up the car. All i did was jump it and i was good to go

 

Your battery is dead or going to die.
Measure charge voltage.
Do you have any high current systems?
Do mort of driving at night?
With the Fan on?

check altenator also

 

The alternator has an inline 20 amp fuse - might wanna check that.
