i found an Xcal2 guy with a dyno and its about 7-10 miles away from me i think ill give him a call 2 morro and might stop by there and see what he says. Jbrew hows your welding? i was thinking of one of those custom longtube headers were they ship you all the lil parts of the header and you weld it togther with the bends how you need them. ill buy them and pay you pretty good if you feel like fabing those up. longtubes seem alot safer that nitrous and they would sound sooo nice. also 30 HP would be nice too. just wonder Jbrew. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/New-H...spagenameZWDVW Will those fit my truck? says for the Expy just wondering.

I thought Pace setter made long tubes for the 4six? I like mine so far - Their holding up. They were under $300. No, I don't weld- I need to get a welder though and learn.

F150 / F250, 4WD 97-99 4.6L 1-3/4" 3" G7326 82-1151 70-2225 72C2225 http://www.pacesetterexhaust.com/quiktrip.php its at the bottom of the page will those fit?

It wasn't fun lol . I'll never do it again without one. I used connecting rods and caps from a blown up 3.8L for clamps - it doesn't leak, but it was PITA getting there. The Long tubes aren't flanged so 3" band clamps worked well at the collectors..But ! I went back to the drawing board many times until I got her tight. When I get a welder I plan on re-doing everything up right. I'm hard headed about anyone touching my truck with a welder. They screwed up my machine at work welding on it - Burnt the card up in the GPS comp.

Heres my custom clamps lol -

Underdrive Pullies!!!

Installing a set of Summit Racing UD pulleys. Crank and harmonic dampner + alt + water pump(wrong water pump pulley; waiting on a swap; have OEM on temporarily) on my 03 Expy 4.6. even though I don't have the full set of pulleys on, there is a very noticable difference in accelleration and torque at midrange. Also mpgs are up too, probably 1.5 to 2 or more. Can't wait to get the wp pulley in there and get 100% of the improvement.

The pulleys are nicely machined, steel and cost 159.00. Not bad at all.

i was also thinking i never use my a/c what would happen if i got a shorter belt and just didnt go around the a/c pump? i think im going to go for the long tubes first. i called the SCT deal he said 350 for 3 custom tunes or 450 for the tunes and an hour on the dyno tweaking it. i think im going to get longtubes then get the SCT tuner.

Do that and then it will be a good race , well maybe At least a more interesting one . When you can hit 80mph from the hole in 13 seconds , then we'll line em up for sure

bc that gas tank goes were the spare tire would be on our truck. and my gas tank is leaking and i want to be able to run my exhuast easyer than crossing the driver side to the passenger side then havin them both on the passenger. so i firgured a bronco tank would fit pretty good just have to get the pump out of my tank and run the lines all the way back and get a longer filler. maybe once i firgure this out it can help guys get traction bc the gas + the tank will add some weght over the back tires....bad idea? i just thought itd be good to do to make running exhuast easyer. you dont wanna know what goes on in my mind
