Need help diagnosing Engine Codes

I have a 2003 F250 XLT 4X4 6.8L V10 Triton. I went away for 3 weeks and we had some heavy rain. The truck ran rough and the engine light came on. I used an Actron CP9125 Code Scanner and came up with the following codes.

2 Codes
P0307
P0316
1INC
EVAP

Through internet research it means P0307 (Cylinder 7 Misfire detected)
P0316 (Misfire detected on start up under 1000 RPM's

I am being told that water may have gotten into the Coil packs? Any help will be greatly appreiciated. Thanks

The #7 cylinder is the second one counting from the front on the driver side of the engine. Inspect for the obvious, like the connectors to the injector and coil. Examine, dry the coil, the boot and blow out the plug well. You have to pull the coil to do this so you might as well examine the plug. If the plug checks out swap the coil with the #6 and clear the codes. If the code jumps to #6 it was the coil. If it stays the same it is the plug or the injector. It may never come back. An often neglected part of the ignition system is the boot. It should be changed with the same frequency as a conventional plug wire. How many miles on the engine?
