I have a 96 F150 5.0, am having an intermitten no starting problem. Could cycle ignition key a couple times and truck would start. Went through all ignition checks, no power to pin #4 in start postion on control module connection. Back probed and powered no. 4 pin, then truck started. Replaced ignition switch, truck started fine for 2 weeks, then problem returned. Tried new coil, new control module, new distributor pickup, new distributor cap and wires, rotor button, new fuel pump relay and power management relay. Still did not fix it. Truck died completely yesterday, back probing did not start truck, no code shown, had truck towed home. Put the truck in my garage got it warmed up and then truck started. Went to try this morning, cold temperatures, in teens, the truck would not start, but this truck was giving me problems in mild and warm tempertures. Tried this afternoon and it started! I have wiggle tested all connections, no luck. Fuel pressure tested - within specs. Does anyone have any ideas. This TRUCK is driving me CRAZY. It runs great when it starts. This has been going on and off for 2 months.
