Oil pressure/Temp Light please help

Hi all, new here and new to the F150. I sold my mustang for a 2001 Supercrew F150 4x4. I am pretty happy with it. I took it off road this weak and now when I start it in the morning the oil light stays on with the oil pressure never going past L. The temp light is also on while the temp gauge is still below C. It clears after a few starts. Now there is a winding coming from the top of the engine. I thought it may be a valve tap but I am pretty sure it isn't. When I turn the truck off the engine turns off followed by a "trtrtrtrtrtrtrtrtrt" from the upper engine area. Any help is greatly appreciated.

2001 5.4L supercrew 4x4 73,200 miles.

Welcome to the board.
First thing:lift hood, take look around, have helper turn running engine off a few times to try and detect where the noise is coming from.
Almost sounds like a wire harness has got caught on a moving pully or ???.
May be the answer to both issues.
