Stumbling 1991 302

I've been trying to figure out why my 1991 f150 with the 302 v8 seems to stumble when accelerating. Long ago in a galaxy far far away it might have been called "vapor lock". Any ideas?

If you don't know when it had the last tune up, I would start by replacing the spark plugs and and visually inspecting inside the distributor cap. Also add a container of fuel injector cleaner to a full tank of gas. Of course change the fuel filter as mentioned earlier.
