I have a 92 F150 4x4 5spd and i am considering dropin a 351 windsor into it and my main question is will the stock 302 computer plug in or will i have to chang it i have every thing i will need because i have the truck with the 351 in it sitting at my house so every thing is there any info on this would be greatly appreciated

 

I would think it is best to swap out everything.. computer and all. Is the 351 donor the same year? If so, you might be able to use the 302 computer.. but the calibration could be different for the two engines.

 

yea thats what we (me and my dad) were thinkin its not the same year its a 93 so same body style i wouldnt have thought that things would have changed that much but i do have the other ecu so it wont be a problem if i need to switch
