Misfire on Cylinder 4
RE: Original Post
I've been paying a little more attention to how it's running and it seems to run OK for the first few minutes after I start it. Once it starts getting warm it starts to miss. The CEL is always on and at times it flashes. But it never goes off. And i've noticed that after i sit at a red light for a minute or two, then it will run OK right when i take off. but not for long. Does this help narrow it down any better? thanks.

hope your prob doesnt end up like mine. my miss on cyl1 ive replaced both coil packs the wire and the spark plug and it still misses im in the process of chaseing down what it is. id say replace the coil packs even thoe mine is only on 7 the coil packs still helped the other 7. also make sure to do what Jbrew said about that A/C can make sure no wires are laying on top of that. look at my thread. GRRR i hate spark plugs. alot of guys have givin out good thoughts and advice on the missfire prob.
Global doesn't carry the coil packs for my truck. My engine VIN starts with V, they only carry packs for engine code W or 6. So where can i get reliable coil packs. i'm guessing NOT Autozone or O'Reillys...
