You don't happen to know the exact O2 codes thrown do you? - There's more than one for the forward O2's.

I got the the same code from a vacum leak. It turned to be the hose that connects to Pvc. Also the elbow under the tb wah sucking air. I would try those b4 replacing the egr. Ben

i got rid of my EGR code by hitting the EGR with a screw driver. might try that

Learn for my mistakes check the easy crap first. The first codes I got were po401 and po404. After changing all sort of stuff that most likly were ok. It was a vacum leak. It was hard to pin point the problem because I had to leaks. The hose past the pcv that connects to the lower intake. Also the elbow that is located un the tb. Good luck Ben

You can't ride your bike around Farmington Hills, you'll end up being Road Kill

ALWAYS fix the misfire first and that has nothing to do with an air leak. -

Check the shape of the wires and plug , then spark - ground a plug out on that big bolt below the valve cover with a wire and alligator clips and start for spark test...Fix - reboot and go from there..

Prolly can thro your old rear o2's in the bank one on both sides as well..There the same..

if someone hits me when im on my bike ill leave a pretty big dent! itd be worse for them!
took out cyl one spark plug and wire it was fine expect the tip was very black smelled like oil and gas and exhuast. sprayed throttle body cleaner on it and cleaned it up i held the plug to a bolt and had my buddy turn it over lol the air compresed out of that lil spark plug hole sounds realllly funny lol the spark was fine it was really really bright purple! put it back in and started it up was still misfireing and i didnt care put it out side and today started it and no misfire at all. but that werid noise from the intake is still there. its a loud humming that goes away when i tap the gas. sometimes it goes away if i turn the wheel it only happends when im stoped if i burb the gas it goes away but its realllly annoying any ideas?? Coil packs are in the near future X-mas is coming up Jbrew wanna get me some coilpacks? only 80 bucks for the 2 packs!

That is strange - hey make sure your wiring harness is away from that big AC acummulator - that will make her miss like a crazy..Try swapping wires 1 with 2 if it will reach (make sure you swap them on the coil as well)..

HAHA - I have a sh^t load of COP's and a V6 coil pac , but NONE for that - If you don't have much cash I can help you out with an IAC and Forward O2's - A new 4SIX EGR valve and EVR - that's about it..

Your IAC is doing the humming..

thats what i figured i thought it was coming from the passenger side but nope its coming out the CAI. i think im gonna replace the PCV and that hose that goes to the back of the TB and were is the IAC? thats the thing behide the throttle body right?. yes my spark plug wires are away from the pulleys. what does the spark plug tip color mean? i know white is lean so what is black? also do you think its time for coil packs? 130,000 on the stock coil packs lol. oh and they've had this happen to them a few times...Sig

Your IAC is right there in your pic on top of the TB - Wheres your IAC air box?
Theres just a hose coming from your intake strait into your IAC - BUT your box is missing? You need that or it will not function correctly..
