Question Romeo heads on Windsor block?

I have a 97 F150 4.6 with 214,000 miles. Came across a 2000 4.6 Romeo with PI heads and need to know if the heads will fit on my 97 Windsor block. Would like to stay with the Windsor (4.6 on steriods) than go to the Romeo.

Pretty sure you'll need the valve covers and intake manifold. Maybe something else.
But ya they'll fit!

Why not drop the 2000 engine in? It will fit

Where is a good place to get valve covers for the Romeo heads? I have been looking around with little luck at all.

Thanks,
