Weird wobble

Well I know I probably shouldnt have but I have an 05 supercab and I pressure washed under my hood and now when im in park, there is a mild wobble to the entire truck. Ive been told by blackngold that I need to do a tune up(new plugs, wires, fuel filter, and air filter) but wanted to see what you guys thought and if this has happened to anyone before. Rest addured I wont do it again once I fix the problem.

you got water around one or more of the spark plug boots, take them off one by one and spray out the hole with air...

you got the plug holes in the head wet and you have a slight miss. Either go on a long drive and hope they dry out or pull the COPs/plug wires and blow out the holes.
