Global Automotive

So I purchased some ignition coils from global automotive how legitimate is this company. I have heard that some of the stuff that they sell is cheap and will break after two weeks. Do they even honor this 1 year warranty. I ordered it over a week ago and still haven't got it If this part breaks or they scam me is there any possibility for a lawsuit or filing charges??

You will not have any problems. Their cops are as reliable as any, and if any are defective, they are responsive and will replace them.

Read their feedback on eBay, they are very legit.

I have purchased from them once and had a completely negative experience. I ordered a COP/spark plug kit. Order went smoothe and received it OK. Spark plugs were completely the wrong ones. It took SEVERAL weeks of trying to contact about it with no luck for an exchange. After "stating" that I would be contacting them in writing and pursuing this through another 'venue', they finally replied. Receiving a refund for the plugs was beyond painful and the amount was no where near what a set of plugs cost from Autozone, but he told me that's the value and that was that. Out of the eight COPs in the kit, two were immediately bad. Past experience turned me off from trying to get an exchange. Would not do business again.

That's the first negative experiance I've heard about Global - I got the wrong plugs TWICE from them before - They don't sell the kits no more that come with the plugs. On both occasions I just ran the plugs down to Murray's and they swapped them out for me . There was no difference in price..

I have never received bad COP's from them..There the most reliable COP seller that I know of and there also the cheapest OEM COP's out there...I stand by their COP's 100%..

I received noticeable performance gains. I have no problems with the headers themselves. I haven't been driving the truck that much since the install - to early to tell as far as holding up. They fit well and don't leak ..The EGR port lined up perfectly.

However , there metal and they will rust on the inside. That's the only thing bad about them I've heard..

I would have purchased the dynatec if I could have afforded it..These where under $300 so - that fit the budget at the time..

So Far - So Good

Oh, don't get me wrong...the price on their kit was definately right!! Can you consider that an OEM replacement though since it doesn't have the FoMoCo stamp/label thing on them??

I bought the set and replaced all eight because I had a bad one. After replacing them, I cranked my truck up that first time and it ran exactly the same way as before. Now I was stumped. Long story short, I never expected a bad brand new COP so I went to the dealer just for troubleshooting. That's how I found I had installed a bad one. The mechanic commented on the coils because of that lack of a label. I didn't speak directly to him but he told the service writer that he thought they were questionable.

I bought them about a month ago and they have been great, definately fixed the hesitation that my engine was having. make sure to grease them up good on the install.
