5.4L 3V Throttle Body

I just saw that BBK released the new 75mm throttle body for the 3V engines. Several performance stores are already carrying it. Has anyone out there had a chance to try this out? If so, how did it do? Horsepower? MPG?

I was thinking that 75mm was stock on the 3v's?
