evap hose from intake to purge valve 9G271

Mine is crumbling and went to dealership to get a replacement. Per my local dealership he says the complete part # is XL3Z 9G271 BA and is about $80. IS that right? As my research shows that to be a TUB & HOS ASY-FU/TNK (don't know exactly what that is but I think its the line from cannister to tank?). I read somewhere that the correct part number is XL3Z9D289AA VMV and its called VMV PURGE LINE ....So what is the correct part#? I hope that 18" hose isn't $80....

Evap Hose

I ordered the evap hose from purge valve to engine from Direct Ford Parts. Part number F75Z9D289AA. About 25 bucks plus shipping. This is the hose by the brake booster. No more dirty hands!

You mentioned the hose length. Would you happen to know the size?

Considering the post is over 6 years old, I doubt you are going to get an answer from the original poster.
