I know this has been asked before however.

Ok, I am contemplating getting the X-Cal 2. However I want feed back from folks. I drive an '06 F-150 4.6 L V8 4X4. Right now I'm in a very hilly climate. As in I Have to drive up a mountain at least twice a day and the second time it's usually stop go. It freakin kills my gas mileage. So here's my two questions. Will it help with my gas mileage, and does it have a program so I can get a little more horses when pulling a trailer through the mountains as well. I have no mods to the truck the only after market thing I have is my ranch hand brush guard.

Sorry double post, but this is the correct one.

You might want to post this in the Chips, Tuners & Programming forum.

Generally a tuner will give you better overall performance and help with the MPG's. A CAI, Cat Back exhaust and a tuner would work wonders on the overall performance.
