Truck runs better than ever

My '03 4.6 was running like crap and would never throw a code. Keep in mind that I really only drive my truck on the weekends due to having a work truck during the week. I changed all my plugs and cop's (bought from Global) about 2000 miles ago so I had trouble believing that this could be the problem. I changed my fuel filter, cleaned my MAF, and cleaned my intake and throttle body. None of this helped at all. Finally on my way out of town to hunt after 2 blowouts, I'm in a very bad mood. 15 miles down the road my engine light comes on. I was happier than a kid on Christmas morning. P0306 . Anyways to make a long story short, I pulled the cop and come to find out the spring in the cop just needed to be stretched a little. My truck runs better than it has since I can remember. Thanks guys for all the great info. I love getting on here everyday and reading all the posts and I can't tell you how much I've learned.
