Kinda poke around the lightning section, try www.teamjdm.com for stuff. Patriot performance has heads in stages I think. I'm kinda kickin the idea around too so I've paid attention as much as I can when I see articles. Magazines having alot of Lightning content have ads for stuff like this but I swear I've read here a whole bunch and different places to get parts.

Don't forget JLP and LFP . Both great places to get parts.
I have stage 2 Patriot heads and cams in my truck.

Here's my 2 cents

Just head's alone you may not see/feel much differents in power due to it's just one part of the puzzle. It's the total package that get's you more HP, like heads, cams, exhaust, gearing, tuning, etc. If you're not a WOT type of guy then you may never feel the extra ponies. Plus add the weigh of a truck and that robs HP too.

Another thing to know is flow rates, you'll see some nice numbers but they are at max lift normally, I like to have a valve train that will last a long time so that means smaller cams for me.

The only one mod that will give you a real kick in the pant's is nitrous but you need to know how to tune it.

I always like to start out with a gear change first cause it's simple and you can feel the torque plus it's dictate's the rpm band, like when you going down the freeway.

What ever you do Good Luck

there's alot more than just buying a set of navi heads and bolting them onto a 2 valve 5.4 engine

you'll need pistons (so an engien rebuild)

an intake manifold that will fit the NAVI heads (either a stock navi intake or an aftermarket one)

throttle and cruise control cables

front engine cover

AND you'll lose low end torque with the navi heads (unless you are boosting it)

the navigator heads are nice and they perform even better under boost but there is a bit of work involved in the swap. PM me if you want more info on the swap
