Thumbs up Global COPs

So went ahead and bought the global COP set on ebay, the install was very easy. I just loosened the fuel rail (not removed) and all I needed was my 1/4" metric socket set and a 1/4" swivel. everything came out easy, this is not a difficult job for anyone thinking about it. And my truck has not run this smooth since I got it definately fixed the hesitation and missing that I had. Thanks to everyone who has posted how-tos on this, especially the greasing part.
