pacesetter header ?

pacesetter header ?

hey guys i have an 03 boss f150 and i am ordering the pacesetter long tube headers this week. do any of you guys know how the fitment of these are..also do i need to get 02 extensions or will the factory ones fit.. and do they come with 4 sensor holes or just two and then i have to get 2 more made in the exhaust.. also anything difficult about putting these in (as in pullin the motor) thanks...Nick

You'll have fun - I did No, you don't have to lift the motor up with these - you have to remove the starter and disconnect the AC line support. Do that and you'll be suprised how it slides right into place. Don't forget to hole saw and opening for your O2 sensors in the heat shields..

Passenger sides the worst - do that first and order Felpro gaskets - Pacesetter will send you junk gaskets.

The O2 extensions come in the kit and the headers come with just the front O2 ports and an EGR port which lines up perfectly.

I would replace both forward O2's while your in there. and also - run the new header bolts in one time first or there a PITA to get started.

BTW - I hope you plan on using a welder..
