Royal Purple fluids

On the Royal Purple website, they have republished an article from: fordtruckworld.com http://www.royalpurple.com/ford-truck-world.html

The writer claims the following:
We used Royal Purple Motor Oil 5W30 in the engine, Max ATF in the transmission, and 75W90 Max-Gear in the differential. After everything was changed, we duplicated our MPG testing. The truck had been getting 14.8 MPG and after the change to Royal Purple, we are now getting 15.9 miles per gallon. That’s a 1.1 mpg increase and an overall 7.4% increase in mpg.
Now my question is this:
How much of this stuff do I need to buy? How many bottles, quarts, liters, gallons, et cetera, of the gear oil and transmission fluid?
I've never owned a car where I had to change out those fluids.

Uhm

all those things need to be changed, ESPECIALLY the engine oil

tranny about every 60K miles, differentials, I'm not sure. Check your owners manual for intervals and amounts of fluids. Royal Purple is expensive. I use the engine oil. it is about $8 a quart.

American Muscle has a pretty good price for Royal Purple.

What I would like to know is this:

2007 F150 4.2L V6

How much of the ATF & gear oil will I have to order?

Does anyone have experience with the coolant? How much of that will I need to order?

I don't want to start the job, and then not have enough. Or order too much of that stuff - i.e. 1 case of ATF when I only need a few quarts.

Your rear differential requires full synthetic 75W140, and is factory filled with it.

"Filled up and hit the highway for the final test. After running 300+ miles we ended up with a final MPG rating of 18.4"

I just did the exhaust, intake and Edge Evo Stock Lvl2 (only adjust for tire size) and get 18.1 - 18.5 commuting to work. If I have a week with errands, it runs 17.

06 SCREW 4.6L 4x2 275-55/20
Ford synth blend

EDIT: Oops, I also have FAL eFans.

i switched over to RP differential and manual trans fluids in my jeep last spring, and i'm quite pleased with the results...i average 18 mpg in stop-go city driving and pulled over 24 mpg at high elevations in utah/colorado last summer on the highway with the I-6 and 3.73 gears...pretty decent figures compared to others i know with similar specs...although i don't contribute all to the fluids, i think they help a bit

when it comes time to replace the diff fluids in my pickup, i'll use rp there as well
