Well, I had a thread in the General forum about how I picked my truck up yesterday from the dealer concerning a leak on the passenger side, they fixed that and I got my PCM updated so the down shifting on the highway is MUCH quicker now.

Well today, I hop in my truck, start it up, and drive about 5 minutes from work to CVS. Get my stuff, hop back in the truck and when I go to start it.. it almost starts then I got a loud bang.

Turned it off and tried to start it again... now the starter is just whirling... no attempt of a turnover what so ever

Luckily the dealer let me in on a little info I didn't know... under warranty I'm covered by Ford Road Side Assistance, which means I got a free tow to my dealership. Truck showed up in under 20 minutes too, which was very nice.

Needless to say everything is going to be fixed under warranty, so I'm not that upset about it, but it does suck not having my truck for another day again
